therefore, the environment around us is becoming worse and worse.

do you often use batteries? then do you know it takes 50 times more energy to make them than they produce? and just one simple battery can pollute as much water as a person can drink in his whole life.

the facts and figures are amazing.

so would you please try to use batteries only when it is necessary? if possible, give the used ones to the recycling companies so that they will be made into new ones and won’t be able to pollute the environment any more.

sometimes we become complacent when it comes to recycling, but when you speak in terms of actual facts and figures that everybody can understand, people become much clearer about the problem.

we, as school students, can also join in recycling activities to protect the environment.

for example, our class set up a recycling center beside the back door, it is very useful.

it is used to collect the waste paper and plastic bottles.

in the past, our classmates used to throw all of these into the trashcan.

大家好！

我是来自xxx的xxx。衷心感谢市教研室给我们提供这样一个平台与同行一起来探讨初三英语教学工作。很荣幸有这样的机会和大家一起探讨英语教学。虽然我从事了十年的英语教学，但还是觉得教学经验非常不足，教学方式还跟不上新课标的要求。因此有哪些缺点与不足之处，请给予指正，以便在今后的教学中加以改进和提高。

英语是一门语言的研究过程，要体现听说读写的过程。《新课标》要求把时间让给学生，要求采取“以学生为主，教师为辅”的教学手段。我们很多时候是做不到的。农村的教学设施简陋，学生素质较低，这让我们的英语教学遇到很大的困难，如何提高英语教学成绩我们的一些做法是：

1、听和读：

从初一开始，我就请求学生买磁带或是从研究机上下载相应的听力材料。每天至少听15分钟，边听边跟读，这样大部分的单词基本上都市读了。在初一第一学期，我就教了音标，一些学生能运用音标来读单词，不会读的跟磁带学，还有再不会的，我会让科代表在早自或是下午自的时候教读。这样就能节约工夫，使课堂有更多的工夫进行情境交际了。重要的句子对话请求学生能背。还有就是值日生敷陈。内容包括：天气，学生出勤，上一节课或近期所学的重要句子。我是从七年级放学期开始进行，安排学生按位置进行，值日生把星期几和当天的天气情况写在黑板的角落里，并在上课时做值日生敷陈，这样能使每位学生都有机会发言，并且能迫使较差的学生去讯问、去准备。有的成绩差的学生还把发言写在本子上，这种做法目的既磨炼了学生的胆量和培养学生启齿说英语的能力。同时也磨炼了学生的写作能力。到九年级卒业，学生已经能够表达很多的内容，口语能力也得到一定的提高。

2、记和写：由于在第一期我就教了音标，学生可以根据音标来记单词，这样记忆相对就轻松了些，还有就是多听写。每一个单元我会听写一次，讲完一个模块我再听写或是默写一遍。短语和句子就是这样进行。对于不能完成任务的学生，课后再到组长那儿完成。期末复的时候再把一本书的知识从新过一遍，所有的单词短语句子再重新听写或默写一遍，加强学生的记忆。至于写作，我是从第一期就开始的，学生每周写一篇作文，每个学生亲自拿到我面前修改，错误的地方及时讲解这样学生印象比较深刻。即使有时忙，没有一个个修改，学生写了也是有进步的。这样慢慢的学生就不再惧怕写作了。

学生的坐位，我是采取优差配，这样成绩差的学生能及时的问问题，每个学生有竞争对手，测试没考过对手的要多做作业。这样学生没考上对手后就会下功夫，老考不过会觉得面子上过不去。这样就能在班上形成一种良好的竞争研究意识。

临近中考，大家都将进入总复，我的做法是既要面向全体，又要突出优生，二者相辅相成。在坚持面向全体学生的同时，更要注重对优生的.培养。2、素质教育的主阵地在课堂，优生培养的主阵地也在课堂。为了避免复课的枯燥无味，课堂我辅以一些小游戏、小竞赛等来活跃课堂气氛，激发研究兴趣，调动全体学生的研究积极性。比如在知识梳理的复课上先引导学生归纳要点，展开讨论；对同学们提出的疑难问题，首先让学生给以解答，培养尖子生；具有代表性的难点，教师给以详细指导。这样既调动了优生的积极性又促进了基础较差的学生，课堂上也就会出现复课难有的活跃气氛。结合中考英语复的需要，我们具体进行五轮复。

第一轮：知识网络。针对学生对已学基础知识已遗忘的共性，本着“依钢靠本”和“温故知新”的原则，要求学生一步一个脚印，使学生从零散知识自然过渡到知识的系统归纳上，使基础知识更加条理化，对语单词短语句子再重新听写或默写一次。每复一册进行一次阶段检测。

第二轮：专项练。专练训练分为两类：语法专项与题型专项。按照语法进行分类复时，立足于知识与能力的横向联系，注重学生应用迁移能力和实战应考能力的提升。

第三轮：《中考指南》。对《中考指南》每一部分练都进行精讲精练，其中听力、完形填空与阅读理解穿插进行。本轮尤其突出阅读训练，我们精心准备了10套阅读训练练，每套练包括2篇完形填空和4阅读理解，用于课内限时训练或课后自测，提高学生的阅读能力，以更好地适应中考。

第四轮：集中进行模拟磨炼。针对磨炼中呈现的失分点，再进行反复深入的讲解。

第五轮：回归与提高。在考前10天里，我们会一步指导学生自主巩固知识，查漏补缺，突出学生主体，突出考试重点。同时突出和强化书面表达训练，并命题10篇作文，一天一篇进行当堂训练，学生互改与教师抽改相结合，并做好讲评与指导，提高学生的写作能力。

我们还将对学生进行答题规范性磨炼，培养答题技巧，提高临场应战能力，并针对具体本性不同的学生，给予不同的心理辅导，破除他们的紧张心理。
