长久以来，我竟发现自己不会阅读，也不会写作了。

所谓阅读，只停留于蜻蜓点水般的快速阅读或片段阅读是不行的。诚然，灵感总是在半夜于脑海中撕扯，想用文字记述描写却觉得空空荡荡，若万马奔腾，却找不到出口，无从落笔。

碎片化的阅读只是我们碎片化生活中的一部分。

世界可谓是由信息碎片构成的大荧屏，每次点击都是漫不经心的兴之所至。大部分在网络上赖以生存的.人，都有这种碎片化生存的感觉。

当种种弊端开始呈现时，惊慌失措的人们有些开始抗争。尤其与之于类似我们现在的少年，老师家长便得出直击要害的办法：封锁与禁止好像是天经地义的手段。然而，生活永远不是非对即错的算术题。如今的人已经习惯置身于这个碎片化的生活中，这让我们更难脱身。

正如我们讴歌“日出而作，日落而息”“一钵一瓢足矣”的生活，而当我们体验到这种生活时，未必会有源于内心的感叹。而网络提供给我们的信息享受，有着不可否置的帮助作用。你越是拒绝，就说明你越重视，甚至畏惧它。

摆脱这种信息困境最好的方法，就是在信息碎片中找到比它更为吸引人的东西，让其他诱惑都在它面前黯然失色。比如设立一个有价值的目标，让我们滑动屏幕亦或是操控鼠标的手停下来，去完成该做的事。我想这也是值得我们一生追逐的所在。
